【摘要】 用放射免疫测定法测定了５组不同月龄香猪血清总甲状腺激素（ＴｈｙｒｏｘｉｎｅＴ３ＴｒｉｉｏｄｏｔｈｙｒｏｎｉｎｅＴ４）含量．研究结果表明，不同月龄香猪血清Ｔ３和Ｔ４均在２月龄处于最高水中，１和３月龄处于中等水平，４和９月龄处于较低水平．同一月龄内Ｔ３和Ｔ４含量雌雄差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），不同月龄间Ｆ检验Ｔ３和Ｔ４含量差异均极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）．相对生长速度在２月龄最高，３月龄最低，４和９月龄居中．更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum samples from five Xiang pigs at different months or age were analyzed for total thyroxine(T3 and triiodothyronine(T4)concentrations by radioimmunoassay procedures.The curves of concentration changes of T3 and T4 were similar at different months of age.Serums T3 and T4 were the highest in month 2, moderate in months 1 and 3 lowest in month4 and 9. There was no significant difference between T3 and T4 concentrations in males andfemales of the same age (P>0.05),but the difference was significant in different periods(P < 0.01 ).更多还原
