【Abstract】 There is extensive chromosome variation in callus subculture of Fritillarta ussuriensis Maxim.With the course of subculture, the frequency of diploid cells gradually decreased,the frequency of hypodiploid and hyperdiploid cells increased. At the same time,haploid andtetraploid cells were observed. The effect of different mediums on chromosome variation is 2,4-D2.5+KT1 .0>IAA2.5+KT1 .0>IBA2.5+KT1.0>NAA2.5+KT1.0.
