【摘要】 本文将嗓声源引入ＭＥＳＦＥＴ小信号等效电路模型，推导了由ＭＥＳＦＥＴ内部参数计算其［Ｓ］参数的计算公式及由嗓声源引起的各端口噪声电流表达式和噪声参数的计算公式。编制了相应的计算程序和绘图程序，经验证得到了今人满意的结果，说明ＭＥＳＦＥＴ小信号嗓声等效电路模型对研究和应用ＭＥＳＦＥＴ是有效的和新颖的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract：In this paper，a new equivalent circuit model for modelling the small-signaland noise performance of MESFET was proposed，and then the S-parameters formulas re-ceived by instrinsic parameters of MESFET and input＆output shortcircuit noise currentsproduced by the individual noise sources within the equivalent circuit were derived，and theCAA programs had given the surprising results．All above described that the small-signal-noise equivalent circuit model for MESFET was effective and newly in the field of researchingand applying the MESFET.更多还原
