【摘要】 三七叶总甙(PNLTS)抑制由异丙肾上腺素引起的加快豚鼠右心房自发性频率,使量一效反应曲线右移。PNLTS也抑制大鼠主动脉螺旋条由高K~+去极化和NA诱发收缩张力增加作用。PNLTS与哌克昔林(Per)作用相似,都有钙拮抗作用,能抑制ROC和PDS。并证明ROC与PDC分别为膜上两种各自独立的通道,PNLTS与Per对两者都有抑制作用,而且对ROC的作用强。更多还原

【Abstract】 PNLTS(10mg 或 20mg · L^-1inhibites right auricle spontaneous frequency accelerationinduced by ISO in isolated rat right atria. PNLTS(10mg 或 20mg · L^-1)Could employ dose-effect curve to the right side. PNLTS(20mg · L^-1)depressed the contractile force elicitedby high K⁺ depolarization and NA in isolated rat aortic spiral strip. PNLTS and Perhixilineactions are resemble, both of them had calcium antagonism effects. Which could inhibitsROC and PDC. It proved that PDC and ROC belong in two different membrand channel,PNLTS and Perhixiline have inhibiting effects to both of them and stong effects to ROC.更多还原
