金属基复合材料界面摩擦剪切强度的测试
A MEASURE OF INTERFACIAL FRICTIONAL SHEAR STRENGTH OF MMC
【摘要】 用自制的亚微压痕仪测得了一组金属基复合材料的载荷-位移曲线,以决定纤维从基体中拔出时的滑动力.由于试件很薄、可估算得界面摩擦剪切强度.
【Abstract】 The indentation method for measuring the interfacial frictional shear strength in a series of metal matrix composites(MMC)is presented. A microindenter, made by Xian Jiaotong Univerity, is used to apply a force to the end of the single fiber and depress it below the matrix. The relation between the forces and the fiber displacements of MMC varies linearly until a platform reaches, where the sliding force Fs occurs. Then, the interfacial frictional shear strength τf is expressed as τf= Fs / 2πRt, where R and t are radius of single fiber and the thickness of specimen respectively.
