小麦耐旱品种籽粒灌浆特性的研究
Study on Grain Filling Characteristics of Wheat Cultivars Tolerant to Drought
【摘要】 本文研究了旱地条件下不同小麦品种籽粒灌浆进程模型及灌浆特性与粒重、籽粒饱满度的关系。结果表明,小麦灌浆期间籽粒干物质积累以logistic曲线递增,籽粒含水量呈直线下降,灌浆速度的变化为单峰曲线。旱地条件下的籽粒灌浆速度较水浇地上升得快、高峰期提前。灌浆中前期灌浆速度的快慢在很大程度上决定了粒重的高低,开花后8~17d灌浆速度快的品种千粒重高。在粒重相近的情况下,平均灌浆速度快的品种籽粒饱满度好。灌浆中后期品种间籽粒含水量差异较大,籽粒含水量高者其饱满度差。因此,选育小麦耐旱品种,应以选择灌浆中前期灌浆速度快、后期脱水较迅速的材料力宜。
【Abstract】 in this paper, grain filling models of different wheat cultivars and the relationships between grain weight, grain plumpness and grain filling characteristics were studied,The results showed that along with the development of the grain, water content decreased sharply while grain dry weight increased in a logistic .curve. Grain filling rate increased more rapidly and the peak came earlier under drought conditions than those under irrigation. Grain weight was highly correlated with grain filling rate, and the higher the grain filling rate during the milk stage,the weighter the grain at mature,and the higher the grain plumpness. Grain water content between different cultivars varied greatly after milk stage and if the value were higher, the grain plumpness would be decreased. Those materials with higher grain filling rate during milk stage and water content decreased more rapidly later would become perfect cultivars tolerant to drought.
