嵌镶块尺寸与微观应变X射线测定法的误差讨论

【摘要】 利用计算机辅助，对常用的测定嵌镶块尺寸与微观应变的傅利叶分析，Ｖｏｉｇｔ函数分析及新单峰傅氏分析等方法的误差进行了分析讨论，指出其中以新单峰傅氏分析法为最好。

【Abstract】 The errors during measuring the size of mosaic and microstrain was caicuiated by using different method with a computer. And it was found that the new single-peak fourier analysis is the best.
