优化球铁组织的设计及其实施的热处理

【摘要】 根据球铁中石墨/基体(G/m)界面微观力学行为以及球状裂纹扩展微观过程研究的结果。设计了以球墨外包的马氏体球壳(Msh)和铁素体+块状马氏体(F+Mm)的双相基体,即G+Msh+F+Mm的优化球铁组织(Mop);从球铁中F+M形成的相变机理、热力学及动力学分析,提出实现Mop的热处理;性能测试结果证实Mop球铁具有优越的宏观机械性能.

【Abstract】 According to the results of researches on micro-mechanical behavior of G/M interface and micro -processes on nodular iron crack propagation[1], an optimum microstructure(Mop) in which the graphite was surrounded by a martensitic shell(M8h) and the dual-phase matrix was composed of ferrite and massive martensite have ben disigned. By analysis of phase tiansformation mechanism, thermaldynamics and kinetics on the formation of (F+M)in nodular iron, the heat treatment that can achieve Mop have ben proposed. The experiment show that the nodular iron with Mop has excellent macro-properties.
