激光制备生物陶瓷涂层的显微组织研究

【摘要】 介绍了在奥氏体不锈钢基材上激光涂覆生物陶瓷涂层的研究结果。用电镜、能谱和X衍射仪等对激光制备生物陶瓷涂层的显微组织进行了研究。结果表明,在预置涂覆CaHPO_4·2H_2O/CaCO_3混合粉末大于HAP配比和适宜的激光熔覆工艺下,可制备界面结合良好、表面成分均匀,呈网粒状的含HAP的生物活性陶瓷复合涂层。

【Abstract】 aser surface coating of step bioceramic composite layer on austenic stainless steel was studied. Themorrphology, composition and phases of the coating were analysed SEM. EDS and XRD etc. The resultsshow that when the ratio of CaHPO4· 2H2O/CaCO3 powders paved is larger than that of HAP composingusually and lorwer power and higher speed of laser are controlled,a living bioceramic composite coatings in-cluded HAP etc. can be obtained. The bioceramic coating by laser cladding has high bonding strength and even composition. Its microstructure is net-granular.
