【摘要】 论述了新材料在高技术发展中的基础和先导作用,分析了各国新材料发展战略的共同特点,比较了它们的战略类型、特色及其实施效果。

【Abstract】 Discuss the basic and precusor action of the new material in development of high technologies, analyse the commom characteristics of the new materil development strategies of verious countries, compare their strategical types, characteristics and app-plication effets.
