【Abstract】 In this paper statistical characteristics of drought and flood disaters and their impacts on agriculture production in Hubei Province in the past 40 years,along with the evolution-ary tendency of the drought and flood are analysed. It is also pointed out that mankind ac-tivities are playing important role in aggravating the disasters. The paper provides a refer-ence for the prevention and reduction of disatsters.更多还原
