在极浓非水体系中ZSM-35沸石的合成及表征

【Abstract】 SM-35 zeolite was first synthesized in the extremely dense nonaqueous system. in which the weight ratio of solid (aluminosilicate gels and NaOH ) to liquid (ethylenediamine and triethylamine ) mixture achieves 2. 9 or the SiO2/ (C2H5)3N ratio and SiO2/NH2(CH2)2NH2 ratio are 8. 7 and 3. 9 respectively. The adsorption and catalytic behaviours of ZSM-35 zeolite prepared by this method were much improved. Particularly,the separation procedure was not needed after the crystallization.At the same time, this method could decrease the consumption of organic compounds by a big margin.On the other hand, adding paucity ofwater and seeds respectively could increase the crystallization rate and decrease the nucleation time.
