新型高硅Y(NHSY)沸石的研究 Ⅱ.NHSY沸石的结构特点
STUDY OF NOVEL HIGH-SILICA Y(NHSY) ZEOLITE Ⅱ. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF NHSY ZEOLITE
【摘要】 用IR,XPS,TEM,低温氮吸附和化学分析等手段表征了NHSY沸石的结构特点.结果表明,NHSY具有Al分布均匀、骨架Al空位少、含非骨架Al少而适量和二次孔体系发达等显著特点.这些特点使NHSY具有很好的结构稳定性和很高的催化活性及选择性.
【Abstract】 he structural characteristics of NHSY have been investigated by IR, XPS, TEM, nitrogen adsorption and chemical analysis. The results indicate that NHSY has following properties:(1) the aluminum distribution is more homogeneous than USY prepared by hydrothermal treatment and FSEY prepared by treatment with (NH4),SiF6;(2) the framework aluminum defect sites are less than USY and FSEY; (3) the nonframework aluminum content is properly low;(4) the secondary pore system is very developed.These characteristics of NHSY result in its high thermal and hydrothermal stability,as well as its very good activity and selectivity for fluid catalytic cracking of heavy oil fractions.
