【Abstract】 Abstract Three species of protozoan in the culturemedium of chrysophyta(Dicrateria zhanjian-gensis Hu. var. sp.;Isochrysis galbana;and astrain of Isochrysis galbana 8701)were reportedin this paper.We named it p1,p2,p3, Sodiumhypochlorite solution is introduced to treat thethree species of protozoan in the culture. ourstudies showed that, in certain ranges of con-centration (theoretic value 5.4 10.0ppm)andduration(1 hour),the protozoan can be killedwholly or partly by sodium hypochlorite whilethe algae survive the treatment after a periodof recover(10 12 hours) and begin to growthand reproduction normally.The advantagesand dissadvantages of our method treat proto-zoan wilh sodium hypochlorite were also dis-cussed in this paper.更多还原
