ZnO压敏电阻器在汽车上的应用
Application of ZnO Varistors to Automotive Electrical Systems
【摘要】 分析了汽车电气系统浪涌能量和过电压产生的原因以及用ZnO压敏电阻器吸收浪涌能量和抑制过电压的原理。用自行研制的ZnO压敏电阻器进行了保护性试验。试验表明,低压高能高温压敏电阻器具有好的保护特性,而用于电子点火系统的压敏电阻器有必要将响应时间缩短至0.35μs方能进行有效的保护。
【Abstract】 The reasons why the surge energy and overvoltage are caused in automotive electrical systems and the principles of surge energy absorption and overvoltage protection by ZnO varistors are analysized. The protective tests are made with the ZnO varistors produced by us. The test results demonstrate that low-voltage, high-energy and high-temperature ZnO varistors have good protective characteristics, while those for electronic ignition systems have to be improved to have less response time up to 0.35μs.
