用于识别人类白血病白细胞的生物传感器的研究
A Study on the Semi-differential Voltammetric Biosensorfor Discrimination Human Leukocyte of Leukemia
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种以平面热解石墨电极为工作电极,用于识别健康人白细胞及白血病病人白细胞的半微分伏安型生物传感器.工作时,使抽滤在微孔滤膜上的白细胞与平面热解石墨电极紧密接触,然后于磷酸缓冲生理盐水中进行半微分循环伏安扫描.以同一扫描速率下的氧化峰电位(E_P),不同扫描速率下氧化峰电位的差值(△E_P),滤膜上单位细胞数的氧化电流的半微分值(e_p/cells),以及还原扫描有无还原峰等作为该生物传感器系统识别正常与异常白细胞的重要指标.
【Abstract】 A Biosensor, which can discriminate the normal and abnormal leukocyte, isreported here. The leukocytes on trap mambrane applied to basal plane pyrolyticgraphate electrode are detected with semi-differential voltammetry in phosphate bufferedsoline. The discriminating indexes of leukocyte such as the Ep(the anodic peak potentialwith the same rate of voltage-sc an), the △Ep (difference of anodic peak potentialsbetween two rates of voltage-scan), the ep/cells and the cathodic peak in inverse scan.
