SnO2表面吸、脱附作用的热分析研究
Thermal Analysis Study of Absorption and Desorption onSnO2 Surface
【摘要】 测定了三种方法制备的SnO2粉末的TG和DTA谱图,对SnO2粉末表面吸、脱附反应进行了动力学分析,并对表面势垒的分析结果与实测的材料灵敏度曲线进行分析.姑果表明在700℃以下,SnO2表面发生的吸、脱附反应为零级反应;以氨水为沉淀剂制备的SnO2的程序升温脱附反应为吸热反应;以尿素为沉淀剂制备的SnO2,则为放热反应.
【Abstract】 TG and DTA curves of SnO2 powder preparated in three different ways aretested,kinetical analysis for absorption and desorption reactions on SnO2 powder surfaceare made and the surface barrier potential analysis are used to study the sensitivitycurves of SnO2. The results show that absorption and desorption reactions on SnO2 sur-face are zero-order reactions when temperature is lower than 700℃. Temperature-Pro-grammed desorption reaction of SnO2 powder preparated by ammonia and urea as precip-itating agent are endothermic and exothermic reaction respesctively.
