【摘要】 以Ｘ线胸片１０项定量指标及３项肺功能指标所确诊的慢性阻塞性肺气肿病人作为观察组，与在相同条件下用相同方法所检查的２４名健康人进行各项指标的对比观察。结果：肺功能的３项指标，经统计处理差异均有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；Ｘ线胸片的１０项指标只有后前位和左侧位右膈弧两项指标，经统计处理差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：肺功能测定诊断阻塞性肺气肿的价值优于Ｘ线胸片。故确诊慢性阻塞性肺气肿时最好同时进行Ｘ线胸片和肺功能两种检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standard frontal and lateral chest radiographs and puirmonary functiontests were analysed in 54 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonaru emphysema and 24 healthy persons as normal controls,For comparison between the emphysema and the control group,there were statistically significant differences in 3 indexes of pulmonary function tests(P<0.01),and only in 2 of 10 indexes of chest radiographlc measurements,postero-anterior positional and lift lateral positional ghtriht diaphragmatic arc(P<0.01).The results suggest that the diagnostic values of chest roentgenogram are not so great as pulmonary function tests,and theretore chest X-ray exarnination should be carried out together with pulmonary function tests in the diagnosis of the diseases.更多还原
