【Abstract】 Abstract Endothelin(ET)and Angiotensin -II(ANGII)are two polypeptides which effect on vasocontriction and cell proliferation. They play an important role in the pathogenesis of hyper- tensiin and atherosclerosis(1).Oncogenes and antioncogenes take part in tumorgenesis and also in the process of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)proliferation. In fact,normally,they regulate cell proliferation and differentiation(2).In order to investigate the interrelationship between ET,ANGII and oncogenes in the proliferation of VSMC, we studied effect of antisense ras gene on the VSMC proliferation induced by ET、ANG Ⅱand the mutation of antioncogene p53 in hypertension and atherosclerosis.更多还原
