自发性高血压大鼠组织和心肾缺血组织中Na+/Ca2+交换体基因的表达
THE GENE EXPRESSION OF NA+/CA2+EXCHANGER IN SPONTANEOUSLY HYPERTENSIVE RATS AND ISCHEMIC HEART AND KIDNEY
【摘要】 自发性高血压和心肾缺血组织中钙离子水平明显升高。为探讨Na+/Ca2+交换体在其中的作用,我们应用半定量逆转录一多聚酶链反应(RT一PCR)技术,比较了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)部分组织、缺血时心肌和肾脏与其正常对照组织中Na+/Ca2+交换体mRNA的水平。结果表明,SHR所测组织中Na+/Ca2+交换体mRNA较正常WKY大鼠均降低。结扎48小时引起的缺血肾脏Na+/Ca2+交换体mRNA亦降低。而因异丙基肾上腺素引起的心肌缺血组织中,Na+/Ca2+交换体基因的表达上升。
【Abstract】 ntracellular Ca2+ concentration increases significantly in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR ) and is-chemic tissues.In order to evaluate the significance of Na+/Ca2+exchanger in these diseases,we detected the gene expression of Na+/Ca2+ exchanger in some tissues of SHR and ischemic heart and kidney, and compared them with their normal controls. The results showed that in SHR and ligated kidney,Na+/Ca2+ exchanger mRNA level is lower than that in WKY rats and normal kidney. In ischemic heart induced by isoprenaline,this mRNA level increased.
