ET和IL-1对VSMC中NOS基因表达的调控及其生物学意义
REGULATION AND BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ENDOTHELIN AND INTERLEULIN- 1 ON EXPRESSION OF NI TRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE GENE I N VAXCULAR SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS
【摘要】 应用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)和3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入技术发现,在正常生理状态下,内皮素可与大鼠血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)上内皮素A型受体、内皮素B型受体结合,通过调控一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)mRNA转录表达水平,从而调节VSMC的分裂和增殖。白细胞介素-1对VSMC中NOS基因表达的促进作用和对VSMC分裂的影响,可能部分是通过内皮素及其受体这一途径完成的。
【Abstract】 By regulation the expression of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) mRNA,endothelin binded ETA - Rand ETB - Ron the vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC )of rat affects the mitogenesis and proliferation of VSMCwith reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction(RT- PCR)and3H- thymidine incorporation.Interleulin-l enhances the expression of NOS gene and affects the mitogenesis of VSMC partly through the pathway ofendothelin and itsreceptors.
