【摘要】 将术前皮肤消毒剂碘伏、碘酊、乙醇分别置人豚鼠中耳腔，两周后宰杀，火棉胶包埋连续切片，光镜下观察听泡，发现所有药物暴露耳的中耳腔、前庭、内淋巴腔、耳蜗基底转等均有不同程度的病理改变。提示皮肤消毒剂置入豚鼠中耳腔时能够造成严重的中、内耳损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ototoxic effect of skin disinfectants(iodophen,lodine thctare)on the middle and inner earwere studied with guinea pigs.The drugs were applied to the middle ear of the animals.The animalswere sacrificed at two weeks after exposure.The histopalhological changes of the tympanic cavity , vestibule and the cochlea were studied under light micrscope with serial sections embedded in celloidin . Signifcant pathologic changes were observed in the middle ear,vestibtiie and the basal turn of thecochlea,It is suggested that the skin disinfectant applied to the midde ear could produce serlous middleand inner ear danags in guinea pigs.The otologists should be concerned of the ototoxic effects of the skin disinfectants.更多还原
