【摘要】 本研究使用两种动物,通过消化道及透皮两种吸收途径,以有效中、西药及不给药作对照,经两种引咳试验及小鼠酚红排除试验等方法,证实咳泰贴外贴有明显的镇咳祛痰作用,并具量效效应。临床应用131例,止咳祛痰有效率为91.6％,急性支气管炎、风寒袭肺型96％有效,对慢性支气管炎、风燥犯肺及痰湿壅肺等证型也有明显疗效;75％的病例在30至120分钟内起效;该制剂作用明显优于牡荆油胶丸。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of two absorption paths of digestive tract and skin-penetrating, the results of cough-initiating test and mouse phenolsulfonphalein. excretion test reveal that the external application of Ketaitie (a new plaster for external application) has remarkable effect of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, which has a dose-effect relationship. Applying Ketaitie to 131 cases in clinc, the effective rate of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm is 91. 6%. It shows effect on 96% acute bronchitis (type of wind-cold attacking the lung) and obvious effect on chronic bronchitis (types of wind-dryness attacking the lung and phlegm-dampness accumulating in the lung). It brings about effect on 75 % cases within 30-120 minutes after application. The effect of Ketaitie is obviously better than that of Mujingyou Capsule.更多还原
