【Abstract】 Focusing on the study of the cultural background of Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, this essay reveals that this classical medical work , with its distinct characteristics of the culture in East Han and West Han Dynasties, is the outcome of the Confucianist psychology in Han Dynasty, the theory of Immortals and the influence from the ideology of the school "Five Elements of Yin (condensation ) and Yang (expansion)". Besides, this essay presents some new view-points on the formation and limitation of this work.更多还原
