【摘要】 对花叶芦竹通过组织培养进行快繁。经实验得出：用ＭＳ＋６ＢＡ４或６ｍｇ／ｌ＋１ＡＡ１～４ｍｇ／ｌ的培养基对芽的分化效果最佳；培养６个月平均一个芽可增殖７３１．２个芽，即平均每个芽在每个月的繁殖速率为３，０倍。ＭＳ＋６ＢＡ４ｍｇ／ｌ附加ＮＡＡ０～ｍｇ／ｌ均能生根。在最佳培养基上附加０．１２５％～０．５％活性炭不利于芽的分化，只能使茎伸长。更多还原

【Abstract】 In tissue culnire for nipidiy multiplying Arundo donax var. versicolor, theoptimum medium for bud differentiation wns MS+6BA 4 ～6mg/l+IAA 1 ～ 4mg/lon which one bud can be multiplied to 731. 2 buds after 6 months, with amultiplying mte of 3.0 times per month, Roots were produtal in the medium ofMS + 6BA 4mg/l+NAA 0 ～4mg/l.
