风冷发动机缸套内壁激光陶瓷熔覆的研究
Study on Laser Ceramie Fritting on the Inside Wall of a Ventilated Motor Cylinder
【摘要】 本文选择镍基合金(Ni-Cr-B-Si)为基础合金,加入50%左右的镍包碳化钨(Ni(WC))陶瓷作为硬质相,通过热喷涂加激光重熔的工艺对灰铸铁风冷发动机缸套内表面进行涂效,结果在实验样品或缸套内壁表面都能获得组分比较均匀、无缺陷、无裂纹、厚度约0.3-0.5mm、硬度为HRC60左右、和基体属冶金结合的陶瓷熔覆层。样品的磨损试验或缸套的冷拖磨损试验都表明,与未经处理的样品或缸套相比,耐磨性都有明显的提高,一股可达到六倍以上,可以进行产品试验。
【Abstract】 Choisc the Ni-base alloy as tte base alloy, adding 50% or so ceramic of Ni pack WC (Ni(WC)) to be its hardness phase. Through hot spraying added laser fritting to coat the inside surface of a ventilated motor cylinder-which made of grey cast-iron. In result, on the surface of both samples and a cylinder inside wall, the coating which combined metallurgically with th base body is obtained. The coating is comparatively even in its component, no shortage, noc rack, about 3~5mm in thickness and HRC 60 in hardness. According to the wear test of samples and theat of cylinder cold push, compare the processed camples and cylinder with the non-processed, the former are dearly raised in the wear resistance,usually , arriving beyond 6 times.
