铸钢激光熔覆Ni-WC合金涂层的超显微硬度研究

【摘要】 本文运用UMHT-3型超显微硬度仪结合X射线衍射仪、EDAX能量损失谱仪对铸钢表面激光熔覆Ni-WC合金涂层的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:由表面到内部硬度值呈现较为复杂的变化,结合组织分析结果给出了解释。

【Abstract】 The constitution study and micro hardness measurement of laser surface cladding on cast steel were done by using ultra-micro-hardness tester UMHT-3, x-ray diffractometer and EDAX electron energy loss spectrometer.The results showed that from surface to substrate, the micro hardness changed complicatedly. Combined with the constitution analysis, the explanation was given. UMH test has a very bright future of application in the field of surface modification technique
