双碱效应对浮法玻璃抗水性的影响
The effects of Mixed Alkali Effect on the Water Resistance of float Glass
【摘要】 在浮法玻璃组成中,以少量K2O和Li2O取代相同质量的Na2O,讨论双碱效应对玻璃抗水性的影响。结果表明,在玻璃中以0.6%左右的K2O或0.3%左右的Li2O取代Na2O可以大幅度提高玻璃的抗水性,为浮法玻璃的防霉提供了一条可行的途径。
【Abstract】 Substituted Na2O by a small percentages K2O or Li2O on a weight basis in the Composi tion of Luoyang float glass, we discussed the mixed alkali effect. The conclusion is that 0.6-percent of K2O or 0.3 percent of LioO can marked increase the water resistance of the glass. This is a possible approach to solve the problem of weathering.
