【摘要】 本文介绍一种经腹低位直肠癌根治性切除，保留肛门，乙状结肠拖下固定术式。６年来共施行此手术５３例，占同期低位直肠癌（肿瘤下缘距齿状线２～８ｃｍ）手术总数的９６％（５３／５５）。术后２年和５年肿瘤复发率分别为７．７％和１４．３％。术后４周、８周和６个月内完全恢复肛门自控排便功能者分别占４．９１％、９８％和１００％。肛门功能恢复程度均属优良。作者对此术式的特点，并根据手术疗效对保留肛门功能的合理性及其根治性进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors introduce a radical operation of lower rectal cancer with preservation of the anus, pull-through and fixed of the sigmoide colon,,In six years, this type of operation has been performed 53 times, which accounted for 96%(53/55) of lower rectal cancer(with the lower end of the tumor 2 to 8 cm from the dentate line)operations performed in the same period. The recurrent rate of the tumor after 2 and 5 years are 7.7%and 14.3%respectively. The rate of complete recovery for total self control of the anus for excrementation after 4 weeks, 8 weeks and half a year is 49.1%, 98.0%and 100% respectively. The recovering rate for the function of the anus is excellent. The authors have started analysis of the operation according to its speciallities, its curative effect on preserving the function of the anus and its ability as a radical cure.更多还原
