【Abstract】 Dot-ELISA was performed with the purified and monoclonal antibody against the antigen of Clonorchis sinensis to detect circulating antigen in patients infected with this parasite. Fifty one of the 61 serum samples collected from patients with clonorchiasis were Dot-ELISA positive with a positive rate of 83%, patients of paragonimiasis, schistosomiasis, cysticercosis as well as normal persons were all negative.更多还原
