酚醛树脂粘合剂的改性研究

【摘要】 讨论了桐油改性酚醛树脂粘合剂体系的合成工艺和性能.并用红外光谱分析了产品的结构.此外,还从两个不同的角度出发,进一步在该体系中添加粗苯酚,α-甲基葡萄糖甙两种物质(以下简称A,B),A物质在不影响粘合剂性能的前提下,可以大大地降低产品成本;B物质对产品成本无甚影响,但能延长树脂的贮存期,有利于工业生产.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthetic technology and properties of phenolic resin adhesives modified by tung oil are investigated, and the structures of product are also measured by FT-IR spectrum. Otherwise, from two different angles, raw phenol (A) and α-methylglycoside (B) are further added in above system. A is able to reduce the cost of adhesives not affecting the properties and B can prolonged the time of phenolic resin in store not affecting the cost, which is benefit to industry production.
