激光气相法制备Fe/N超微粒子
Synthesis of Fe/N Ultrafine Particles by Laser Induced Vapor Phase Reaction Method
【摘要】 采用激光气相法制备出了Fe/N,Fe/N/C超微粒子.用X-射线衍射、透射电镜和红外光谱研究了样品的特性.
【Abstract】 Fe/N and Fe/N/C ultrafine particles (UFP) were synthesized by laser induced vapor phase reaction method, using Fe(CO)5/NH3/SF6 and Fe(CO)5/NH3/C2H4 system. Examinations of TEM, IR, XRD and electron diffraction patterns were used to describe the characterishcs of the samples.Fe/N and Fe/N/C (UFP) have average diameters of 7.0 nm.
