双波长全息干涉术的理论和实验研究
Theoretical and Experimental Study on Two-Wavelength Holographic Interferometry
【摘要】 本文论述了双波长全息干涉术的理论和实验研究成果.理论研究部分采用经典方法和莫尔法分别对双波长单次曝光法和双波长双曝光法进行了分析.实验研究部分列出了用 Twyman-Green 干涉系统和 Mach-Zehnder 干涉系统所获得的结果,并阐述了关于空间滤波和增强定向反射能力的特殊实验技术.
【Abstract】 The results of theoretical and experimental study on two-wavelength holographic interferometry were described in the paper. In the part of theoretical study the classical method and Moire method were used to analysis the single exposure and the double expo- sure of two-wavelength, respectively. In the part of experimental study the obtained results using Twyman-Green interferomctric system and Mach-Zehnder interferometric system were given, and the special techniques about space tilting and inproving reflection capabili- ty were shown.
