具有抗菌抗癌活性的有机锗化合物研究
Studies on Organo-Germanium Compounds with Biological Activity-Synthesis of Trialkylgermyl Propanoyl-Met and Biological Activity
【摘要】 合成了一系列不同烷基取代的锗甲硫氨酸,经IR、 ̄1HNMR、MS谱以及元素分析证明其结构。采用含毒介质法对9种植物病原菌进行抗菌活性试验。对其中一个化合物进行了PGT,KB和HL-60活性实验。
【Abstract】 A series of new trialkylgermylpropanoyl-Met were synthesized.Their structures were determined by IR, ̄1HNMR,elementary analysis and mass spec-tra.The antifungal activity against some plant pathogenic fungi was studied by poi-soned food technique and the antitumor activity of compound Ⅰagainst P607, KB tumor cells was determined.
