【摘要】 用Ｅｕ－ＴＴＡ络合物标记了牛血清白蛋白和抗牛血清白蛋白的兔血清。分别用竞争法和夹心法测定了牛血清白蛋白。研究结果表明ＴＴＡ－ＳＯ＿２Ｏ是一种标记效率较高的双功能络合剂，可获得较高的结合比（ＴＴＡ：ＢＳＡ＝３５：１；ＴＴＡ：ａｎｔｉ－ＢＳＡ＝１００：１）。用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法测定了牛血清白蛋白。竞争法和夹心法的检测下限分别为１５Ｄｎｇ／ｍＬ和５０ｎｇ／ｍＬ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bovine serum albumin（BSA）and anti-BSA antiserum were labelled by Eu-TTA chelate. BSA was quantified by competitive assay and "sandwich"assay,respectively. The results showed that the home svnthesized TTA-SO₂Cl was a suc cessful bifunctional ligand,high conjugation ratios（TTA:BSA = 35:1,TTA:anti-BSA=100:1）were obtained.Time-resolved fluoroimmuno assay could detect BSA sensitively,the limits of detection with competitive assay and " sandwich"assay were 150 ng/mL and 50 ng/mL,respectively.更多还原
