以3-缩甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷交联制备PEG-20M玻璃毛细管柱
3-Glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as Crosslinking Agent for the Preparation of Immobilized PEG-20M Glass Capillary Column
【摘要】 以PEG-20M为固定相,三氟化硼为催化剂,3-缩甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(简称KH-560)为交联剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,对预先用氯化钠沉积法粗糙化的玻璃毛细管柱进行动态涂渍。涂渍好的柱在150℃恒温4h进行交联。对交联柱的性能进行了严格的评价。
【Abstract】 A new method for the preparation of crosslinked PEG-20M capillary col-umn was proposed.The crosslinked PEG-20M glass capillary column was prepared by dynamic coating method with boron trifluoride as catalyst,3-glvcidyl-oxypropyl-trimethoxysilane as crosslinking agent.The inner surface of the glass capillary column used was roughened by sodium chloride deposition in advance.After coating of PEG-20M solution,the column was heated at 150℃for 4 hours to promote the crosslinking reaction.The performance of the immobilized PEG-20M was evaluat-ed.The column thus prepared has a low bleeding rate but a high residual activity.
