我国24种无尾两栖类精子形态的研究

【摘要】 在光镜下观察我国24种无尾两栖类的精子,其外形主要包括头和尾两大部分。头部多呈棒状、锥状或弯镰状,平均量度多在12-19(8.5-76)微米;尾部多纤细;全长大多45-70(29-235)微米。精子的长度与蛙种个体大小之间无相关性。精子的形态具有科、属或种的特征。同种蛙精子形态和量度的差别,常与生殖细胞的发育状况和成熟程度有关。同一蛙精子的大小可能与精子形成过程中精母细胞和精细胞的发育和生长状态有关。

【Abstract】 The morphologies of spermatozoa in 24 chinese anurans species were observed in microscopy. The spermium is consised of too parts head and tail, which is about 45-70(29-235) μm in total length. The head is in the shape of stick, cone or sickle and measured 12-19 (8.5-76)μm in length, and the shape of tail is slight. The length of spermium is not depended on the size of anura species. The differences in morphologyical characteristics between species, genus and families are existed. The difference of the morphology and measurement of spermia in the same species is always related to the state of development and the degree of mature of the reproductive cells. The size of the same frog’s spermia is perhaps dependent on the stages of development and growth of spermatocyte and spermatid in the process of spermateleosis.
