建立铁路运输现代企业制度的探讨

【摘要】 提出了建立铁路运输现代企业制度的基本原则和内容，分析了组建铁路企业集团组织结构的不同模式，比较了铁路企业集团不同资本结构的利弊，提出了各自的适用期。

【Abstract】 The basic principle and contents of modern railway transportation business system are proposed. Different models in forming railway business group are discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of differeat capital construction are compared.
