关于发行境外铁路债券的几个问题
Some Questions in Abroad-Issuing Railway Bonds
【摘要】 分析了发行境外铁路债券的必要性和国际债券市场的选择，提出了境外铁路债券发行的主体应该是铁道部，分析了汇率变动对还本付息的影响，指出了当汇率变动不超过１１．７元／美元时发行境外铁路债券是有利的。
【Abstract】 The necessity of issuing abroad-oriented railway bonds and the choice of international bond market are discussed. It is suggested that The Railway Ministry should be the main body of bond-issue.The influence of exchange rate variation on repay with interest is also examined,and concluded that it is favourable within an exchange rate of 117 RMB/US.
