电压型逆变器新型触发方式的研究

【摘要】 对电压型逆变器在换相过程中出现的贯穿短路现象进行了分析与研究,利用MCS-96系列中的8098单片机开发系统,进行电路换相失败的预测.文中利用单片机已有资源,设计出了可靠性高、体积小、造价低的门控电路,简单易行的检测电路使得该系统的应用更为方便,文中所提出的逆变器新型触发方式在超大功率逆变器中有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of through short circuit that occurrs in the commutating process of the voltage source inverter is analyzed and studied.The commutating failure of the circuit is predicted by 8098 SCP development system in MCS-96.With the source of SCP,the gate control circuit of high reliability,small volume,and cheap price is designed.The detect circuit is so simple and easy that the application of the system is convenint.The new type of trigger method for inverter presented in this paper has a good application prospect in the super high power inverter.
