【摘要】 本文报道激光治疗宫颈糜烂１３４７例，其中经ＹＡＧ激光治疗的重度糜烂５３例（含宫颈上皮不典型增生３２例）痊愈１００％．经ＣＯ＿２激光治疗２６２例轻度宫颈糜烂痊愈１００％；中度糜烂７５８例，痊愈６９３例（９１．４２％），好转６５例（８．５８％）；重度糜烂２７４例，痊愈１８２例（６６．４２％），好转９２例（３３．５８％）．本文还对宫颈糜烂及宫颈上皮不典型增生的各种治疗方法及激光治疗的基础原理进行讨论．更多还原

【Abstract】 One thousand three hundred and forty-seven cases of cervical erosion treated Withlasser are reported in this paper. The cure rate of 53 serious cases （including the 32 cases of atypi-cal hyperplasia of the cervical epithelium）treated with YAG Iasser was l00 percent. The cure rateof the 262 slight conditions treated with CO₂ lasser was also l00 percent. Among the 758 moderatecases treated with CO₂ lasser, 693 were cured（91. 42%）,and 65 improved（8. 58%）. Out of the274 serious cases treated with CO₂ lasser ,182 were cured（66. 42%）and the rest turned for thebetter（33; 58%）.The total efficacy rate was 100%. In the light of the literature,various kinds oftreatments of cervical erosion and atypical proliferation of the cervical epiderm are studied and ba-sic theory of lasser treatment discussed in the paper.更多还原
