毛发锌的锌试剂直接快速光度测定法的研究
A Study on the Rapid And Direct Method For theSpectrophotometric Determination of Zinc in Hair with Zincon
【摘要】 本文研究了毛发锌直接快速测定的锌试剂光度法,取消化后的样品溶液直接进行锌的测定,不需反复萃取及分离杂质.锌在0-20(μg)/10ml范围内具有直线关系.样品加标回收率为99-103%.
【Abstract】 : A rapid and direct method for spectrophotometric determination of zinc in hair with zincon is studied. Zinc is directly determined in sample solution without solvent extraction or interference seperation. The linear range of zinc is 0──20μg/10ml and the recovery of standard addition is from 99% to 103%.
