美味猕猴桃“海沃德”胚胎发育的研究

【摘要】 研究了美味猕猴桃“海沃德”受精、胚和胚乳的发育。结果表明,授粉后2~3h,大量花粉在柱头上萌发,授扮后2d花粉管进入胚囊,破坏一个助细胞,精核与次生核融合成初生胚乳核,另1精核与卵核结合成合子。授粉后3d,初生胚乳核开始分裂,授粉后5~7d,合子分裂形成2细胞原胚。花后20d、29d和40d分别观察到球形胚、鱼雷胚和子叶的发育。花后40~50d,胚已基本发育完全。

【Abstract】 The process of fertil ization and the development of embryo and endosperm of kiwi fruit,Actin idia deliciosa“Hayward”was observed.The results obtained are summarized as follows:2-3 hours after pollination,a great deal pollen grains germinated on the stigma;2 days after-pollination,the two sperms entered into the egg nucleus and the secondary nucleus,respectively;in the fertilization one sperm fused with egg nucleus and the other one with the secondary nucleus usually.In Hefei area,double fertilization of Actinidia liciosa,“Hayward,,completed 2-3 days after pollination。One of the synergids was destroyed as the pollen tube penetrared embryo sac and the other one disappeared after fertilization.In general the anti podal cells became degenerated in first devisi on process of the primaryendosperm nucleus. The degeneration of antipodals did not completed until two endosperm cells period. Five to seven days after pollination,the zygote was divided into two- cells proembryo,20,29 and4 0 days after pollination,globular embryo,torpedo-shaed embryo and cotyledonary elongation stage occurred,respectively,After 4 O-50 days,the development of embryo almost completed.
