【摘要】 我科自１９９１年１２月至９３年５月，采用卡铂、阿霉素、５─氟脲嘧啶、鬼臼乙叉甙和环磷酰胺，分别组成ＣＡ、ＣＦ和ＣＥＣ方案，治疗肺癌５８例，其中男４５例，女１３例，年龄４０～７０岁。小细胞未分化癌９例，鳞癌２６例，腺２３例。总有效率小细胞肺癌８８．８％，鳞癌４６．１％，腺癌３４．８％，毒性反应主要为胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 We use CA regimen CF regimen and CEC regimen for the treatmentof 58 cases lung cancer from 1991.12. to 1993.5. of them male is 45 gamale is 13. Theage is from 40 to 70 years old. small cell lung cancer is 9 cases. Squamou cell carcinoma is 26 adenocur cinoma is 23 total effect rate: small cell lung carcinoma is 88.8%,squamoncell carcinoma i s 46.1%, adrenocarcinoma 34.8%.
