Ge—132抑制Epstein—Barr病毒抗原表达的研究
INHIBITION OF GE-132 ON THE EXPRESSION OF EPSTEIN-BARR VIRUS ANTI GENS
【摘要】 本文应用间接免疫荧光技术,研究无细胞毒性浓度的Ge-132在试管内对Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)抗原表达的影响。结果表明Ge-132明显地抑制EBV相关抗原的表达,抑制程度随药物浓度增加而加强。50~200μg/mlGe-132对B95-8细胞的VCA、MA抗原抑制率为39.24-52.27%和15.42~34.15%,5-40μ/mlGe-132共培育和预处理Raji细胞均能非常显著抑制致癌物巴豆油和正丁酸联合诱导EA抗原,抑制率分别是11.29-54.21%及39.15-80.09%。以上提示Ge-132具有明显抑制靶细胞中EBV抗原表达的作用,有可能用于EBV相关疾病的预防。
【Abstract】 The influences of Ge-132 on the expression of Epstein-Barr Vi-rus (EBV) antigens were studied in vitro by indirect immunofluorescence staining. Theresults showed that the expression of EBV antigens was significantly inhibited by non-non-cytotoxic doses of Ge-132 and the inhibition was dose-dependent. Inhibition rateof Ge-l32 (50~200μg/ml) on VCA and MA expression by B95-8 cells were 39.24~52.27%and 15.42-34.1 5%respectively. Co-cultured and pretreated Raji cells with theconcentration of 5~40μg/ml of Ge-132 markedly inhibited the exoression of EA inducedby croton oil and n-butyric acid, inhibition rate were 11.29% to 54.21%and 39.15~80.08%.respecti vely. These results suggest that Ge-132 markedly inhibit the expression of EBVantigens in target cells, it may be used in the prevention of EBV-related disease.
