【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method on CAA of the sensor system is discusses.The soft ware showsspecial advantage in analyse on time operating sensor system. such as, it mustn’t be necessary toinvestigate physics charateristics of sensor itself and to consider the result by each element actingindependently. It may treat equal accurate or enegual accurate data by meas of measurement andshow the date on screen in separate dot form. It may let users select seven kinds of curves to prooeed analogy approach and compered to accurate curve of the senser system dirCtly.
