【Abstract】 A simple method for making preparation of samples to detect micronucleus in male mouse reproductive cells was described.Seminiferous tabules were taken from decoated testis and cut into fine pieces with ophthalmological scissors,mixed with a couple of drops of 2.2%Sodium Citrate Solution on a slide. Making smear with the aliquot.Fixed with methanol Stained with pH7.0 phosphate buffered Giemsa Dye Solution.Obseved unde micoscope. Pictures from this preparation were shown.更多还原
