【Abstract】 43 patients with traumatic ciliary body detachment were observed and treated.20 caseswere operated,the successful rate being 100%,Among non-operative cases (23),9 casesrestorated naturally during one month after trauma.The author suggested that the operativechance be chosen early,if medical treatment at least one month was not effective.The mechnism of traumatic ciliary body was also studied on experimentail hypotonyduring to cyclodialysis in rabbit.The experimental results show that the epithalum of ciliarybody is not significantly atrophy,hypotony is caused by forming a new communication whichcorrespounds with the results of all cases cured in clinic.更多还原
