【Abstract】 Finding from RPE damage caused by blunt ocular trauma with fluorescein angiographyare presented in three degrees: mild,moderate and severe.Among 82 cases 39 were of milddegree,25 moderate,and 18 serious.It is confirmed that retinal edema in severe casesstemmed from the choroid through the damaged RPE.44 cases of inner barrierdestruction——effusion and hemorrhage from the small vessels in the retina were found outof 14 cases(53.7%)and they played a role in pathologic changes of the retina.21 cases(25.6%)had choroidal ischemia with edema and increasing effusion which aggravatedpathology in the retina.更多还原
