【摘要】 作者在实验室条件下（25±1℃,75±5%RH）研究了电石气对腐食酪螨[(Tyrophagus putrescentiae （Schrank）]成螨的毒力.结果表明:电石气（含有少量的磷化氢、硫化氢）对试螨有明显的毒杀作用,其LD₅₀为20.99mg/1,LD₉₀为34.28mg/1.但电石气中的主要气体成分——乙炔气体无杀螨作用,而纯乙炔与不同浓度的磷化氢混合熏蒸有明显的杀螨效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 The toxicity of acetylene (containing a small amount of phosphine and hydrogen sulfide)、acetylene、mixtures of acetylene+phosphine to the adults of copra mite [Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank)] were studied. The results show that the mortality of the adults reach 97.75% at 42. 41mg/l acetylene (containing a small amount of PH3、H2S),the LD50=20. 99mg/l,LD90 = 34.28mg/l. The mixtures of acetylene at 21. 20mg/l and phosphine at 0. 063 mg/l kill 97. 78% the adults of copra mite. However, acetylene alone is ineffective against the storage mites tested.更多还原
